CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE 5 BUSINESS DAYS, EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. This does not include shipping times so please allow an additional 5-6 business days (which does not include Sundays or Holidays) for your items to arrive to you once they are processed. Orders are processed the day you receive your emailed shipping notification. If you do not receive a shipping notification through Etsy please check your junk mail. We are not postal service employees and can only see the same tracking updates as you do on your end. Once an order is dropped off to the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stollen, damaged or delayed items. Any claims for such will need to be addressed with the carrier directly.

Frequently asked questions
My item says delivered but isn't here /tracking is not moving, what do I do?
I can see the same exact thing you see on the tracking. If it's not moving, I always recommend signing up for USPS text messages as that usually gets your item moving again. All packages are sent out in a teal polymailer, or larger orders in a 8x12 white box. If it says delivered but it’s not there, sometimes the carriers will hide packages out of site from mail thieves. I suggest checking all possible surroundings and then contacting your local post office to ask for coordinates as of were the package is left. If that fails, you can open a lost-in-transit case with Etsy for review.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Yes we do offer exchanges. Please message us that you are seeking an exchange so we can note the order on our end. The exchange item will be treated the same as an expedited order and will ship out priority the next business day. Buyer will need to send the item(s) back to seller and once the exchange is received, you will get a full refund to the account (minus any shipping costs that were paid) and you can then re-order whichever size you wanted. Seller is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I return my item?
Since all of our items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns on any of our items. We do offer exchanges on all items except custom orders. A custom order includes, but is not limited to items not listed in our shop, and edits/personalization/customization to current prints offered in our shop. If an item arrives damage or defective we will do our best to accommodate and replace the item as quickly as possible. Buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
